Delivery and orders

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, offshore and remote locations. Orders are dispatched from the United States.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum purchase. GBP prices include applicable UK VAT. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.

When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 3–6 business days and transit after dispatch takes 6–10 business days, for an estimated total of 9–16 business days. The order cut-off is 7 PM US Eastern Time on business days. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy.

Products

Are hooks and styling accessories included?

Check the individual product description for the included quantity and mounting details. Hooks, hanging rods, furniture and contents used to style photographs are not included unless expressly listed.

How do I choose a size?

Compare the dimensions and pocket layout on each product page with your available space. Check support suitability and clearance before purchasing.

Returns and support

Can I return an order?

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, in addition to statutory rights. All returns go to our US address. Customers pay change-of-mind international return postage; we cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. No restocking fee applies. Read our Return and Refund Policy.
